Bengaluru: A Bengaluru man got a laptop delivered to a Starbucks in just 13 minutes, courtesy Flipkart Minutes—a new quick delivery service that went live in parts of of the city this month—with its items priced about 10% below rivals Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart.
What works for Flipkart Minutes is the capability of delivering high-end electronic gadgets, such as laptops, that no quick commerce platform offers.

He wrote yesterday, “Just ordered a laptop from Flipkart Minutes. Delivered in 7 minutes.” He added, “Right after I placed the order, the tracking page said ‘slightly delayed’ and updated the delivery time to 12 minutes.”
Now, Gupta said the delivery partner took about 3 minutes to reach this Starbucks where he was sitting. He was handed the laptop after his identity was checked through an OTP.
“From the payment being successful to receiving it here at this Starbucks where I ordered, it took exactly 13 minutes, ” he concluded and shared the unboxing visuals. In the video, he mentioned that Gupta had ordered an Acer Predator laptop, which comes at a cost of ₹95,000 to ₹2.5 lakh online.
Gupta said that he had been in the market for a few months, so the kind of model he wanted happened to be available for 15-minute delivery.
