Kota’s Chambal Riverfront turned into a picture-perfect wedding venue on Monday night as two young officers tied the knot in a grand celebration.
IAS officer Charu and IPS officer Sujit Shankar exchanged vows in a traditional Hindu ceremony at the scenic Shaurya Ghat, witnessed by close family and friends.
The wedding was nothing short of a fairy tale. The groom, IPS Sujit Shankar, made a stunning entry on a horse wearing a white sherwani, while the bride, IAS Charu, dazzled in a red bridal outfit.
During the varmala ceremony, flowers rained down on the couple as they exchanged the sacred garlands. Around 2 a.m., the couple completed the seven pheras, officially beginning their new life together.
