New Delhi: A video going viral on social media shows a group of Kanwariyas playing loud music inside the Delhi metro and dancing. During the act, one of them was seen recording the video.

As soon as the video went viral, it became a point of discussion among people on social media. While resharing the video, they shared their views.

Kanwariyas are followers of Lord Shiva. During the auspicious Hindu month of Shravan, they travel to Haridwar, Gaumukh, and Gangotri in Uttarakhand, and Sultanganj in Bihar, to obtain holy water from the Ganga. This year’s Kanwar yatra began on July 4th.

Netizens Reaction
A user wrote, “Disturbing the metro.” Another user wrote, “Had they been Muslims, they would have been arrested by now. Still, Modi ji says that there is no discrimination in India.” A third user wrote, “Keya aab metro main bethe passenger parshan nahi hu rahe..?”
