Kanpur: In an alleged incident from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, a couple has duped dozens of elderly persons of approximately Rs 35 crores by marketing a fake ‘Israel-made time machine’ that reverses aging. According to media reports, the police said a couple, Rajeev Kumar Dubey and his wife, Rashmi Dubey, launched a therapy center named ‘Revival World’ in Kanpur.
The duo claimed that the machine could help transform old people into 25-year-olds. As per TOI reports, three victims filed a complaint, and all local airports were cautioned to stop the couple from fleeing.

Presenting their services in the garb of ‘oxygen therapy,’ the couple told people that they were aging because of the pollution in the air. ACP Anjali Vishwakarma said that the convicts offered packages ranging from Rs 6,000 for ten sessions and a Rs 90,000 package for a three-year transformation plan.
ACP further stated that the duo turned their plan into a pyramid scheme by offering discounts for those bringing in other customers.
A cheating case has been registered against them and the police are on the lookout. The main complainant, Renu Singh stated that the Dubeys promised her a free session if she brought another customer.
South DCP Ankita Sharma has confirmed that the couple may have duped more than two dozen elderly victims, and officials are currently searching for them.
