According to a report, the government of Italy’s Tuscany region, struggling with migration and declining population issues, is presenting an excellent offer called ‘Residency in the Mountains 2024.’ Under this program, if someone buys a home in this region, they will receive between €10,000 and €30,000, which is approximately 9 lakh to 27 lakh rupees. The area where the homes are being offered has a population of only 119 people. The Tuscan mountains are among Italy’s most beautiful locations, so you can imagine the amount of natural beauty there.

Homes available for just 90 rupees!
The administration has launched this scheme to increase the population in villages. Under this program, you can get a home for just 1 euro, which is approximately 90 rupees. However, there are some conditions attached. Applicants must be Italian or European Union citizens. Non-EU residents will need to obtain a 10-year residential permit. The government will cover 50% of the costs for renovating the house. The main goal of this offer is to boost the local economy, as more residents will lead to increased employment opportunities.
