Ghaziabad: In a disturbing viral video, a policeman is seen brutally assaulting a young man by throwing him onto the road. The video captures a distressing scene where the young man is lying on the ground while the policeman relentlessly continues to attack him.
The accused policemen is identified as Constable Rinku Rajoura.
Shockingly, the policeman also used his shoes as a weapon to strike the young man. Bystanders in the vicinity appear to be mere spectators to the violent incident.

The video was eventually shared on social media, leading to the Kavi Nagar police station’s, SHO taking immediate action regarding the incident.
A senior police official said, “An FIR against the police office seen in the video has been registered and he was also subsequently suspended from duty.”
However, the Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) expressed disappointment, stating that even if the young man had harassed the constable’s sister still such kind of actions is unacceptable.
“Regardless of the alleged provocation, the policeman should have refrained from engaging in violent behavior. Legal measures should have been pursued instead of resorting to physical aggression. The constable’s actions have led to his suspension, serving as a consequence for bringing disrepute to the police force’s image through his actions,” ACP further added.

The incident in the video took place on August 14. The video is widely shared on social media garnering huge attention. The footage captures the policeman engaging in a severe physical assault on the young man, while onlookers observe without intervening.
The constable is seen resorting to slaps and punches before delivering forceful blows to the fallen youth’s chest using his boot. Amidst the turmoil, some individuals present at the scene attempt to deter the constable from further aggression, warning that the young man could be seriously harmed.
