Former Pak Cricketer Wasim Akram to share screen with Fawad Khan

New Delhi: Former cricketer Wasim Akram, who is seen doing commentary in the Asia Cup 2022 these days, will soon be seen in Pakistani films. Pakistani superstar Fawad Khan will share the screen with Akram in a ‘Money Back Guarantee’ (MBG) Lollywood film.

Sharing the poster of the film on his Instagram profile, Fawad Khan wrote: “Unveiling the first look of our next movie “Money Back Guarantee – MBG”. A film by Faisal Qureshi. Teaser coming out Sept 9, 2022, 10:00 am (PST).”

Akram’s picture with Khan is also seen in the poster of the film. Directed by Faisal Qureshi, the film will release on April 21, 2023. Khan shared that the teaser of the film will be released on September 9.

Lahore based Pakistani cinema is called Lollywood. It was the basis for earlier Punjabi and Urdu language film production. Lahore has been the center of Pakistani cinema since the partition of India in 1947.
