Viral: A street food vendor from Delhi is going viral for his experiment with omelettes, to which he added chow mein and served it with coriander on top. The video was shared by a food blogger named Rajat Upadhyay.
The omelette batter was prepared by the man in the viral food video. He poured the batter into the pan, which was made with eggs, vegetables, and a secret masala. He then mixed in the Chowmein, tomatoes, eggs, and masala to the batter. When the other side was done, he repeated the process and served it hot with coriander.
An Instagram user shared the video with the caption, “Sikandar bhai ki Omelette wali Chaumeen.”
