New Delhi: A distressing video depicting a woman giving her pet puppy beer has gained widespread attention on social media. The video has sparked a discussion about the lengths to which people are willing to go for likes and comments on social media platforms.
In the video, which was shared by activist Deepika Narayan Bhardwaj, a woman is seen holding a puppy in her arms and attempting to make the animal drink beer against its will. The puppy is clearly distressed as the woman pours alcohol into its mouth.
This video was originally posted by an Instagram user with the handle “khush_arden” and has elicited strong reactions from other users on the platform.
Following the video’s viral spread, the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) in Dehradun instructed the police to register a complaint against the woman, as reported. The SSP reportedly emphasized that strict actions would be taken against her.
