New Delhi: A CCTV footage is going viral in which, a stranger was seen saving a 5-year-old child from choking on candy. The clip was shared on the Goodnews Movement Instagram account.
The short clip captured the image of a mother hugging her baby son. Suddenly, she noticed her child choking on a mint candy. She immediately put him down and called for help.
Then, a stranger rushed to the boy’s aid and performed the Heimlich maneuver to save the child. Soon, other people quickly arrived at the scene to help the boy. In the end, a woman performed the Heimlich and saved the child.

Since being shared, the video has attracted more than 144,000 likes and more than 2.5 million views. In the comments section, users praised the mother’s vigilance and the strangers who helped her and her baby.
