Recently, BTS member V—also known as Kim Taehyung—appeared almost unrecognizable on camera. He had earlier admitted to gaining weight in a Weverse encounter with ARMY, but he looked strong and had a wonderful demeanor, making him ideal for his special duty assignments. At a Chuncheon event, the K-pop star was observed patrolling about. He encountered a senior who at first didn’t recognize him in his uniform but subsequently complimented him on his gentlemanly demeanor.
At A Military Function, BTS V Meets Lee Ji Young Of Big Mama
During a Chuncheon City event, The Layover crooner, who is presently serving in the military with other members of the group, briefly interacted with Lee Ji Young of Big Mama while out on patrol. Taehyung, out of the members of BTS, chose to join the special task force; the other members, namely Jin, Jimin, J-Hope, RM, Suga, and Jungkook, are still obligated to serve in South Korea’s military.
At the June 9th special event honoring Korea’s ‘Month of Patriots and Veterans’ and commemorating the country’s heritage, Lee Ji Young was among the amazing performers.

In the social media sensational video, V can be seen whispering something in Lee Ji Young’s ear. When she realized what she was saying, Lee Ji Young gasped. She subsequently clarified that, despite Taehyung being her junior, she almost didn’t recognize him—possibly because of his new military outfit. After a brief exchange of words, V shook her hand, bowed respectfully, saluted, and hurried to his military van.

On social media, a fan posted a comment on the video, questioning if he personally visited his senior to greet them, deeming it absurd. Despite this, BTS is regarded as wonderful, even though he is top tier.
