Billionaire Warren Buffett, the world’s 10th richest man, is making headlines again for donating shares worth crores and changing his will. The questions now are who will inherit his will, who will get his property after his death at 93, and who will benefit from the donated shares?
Media reports say Warren Buffett has donated $5.3 billion (₹44,000 crores) in Berkshire shares to four major charitable foundations, including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. His children’s trust will also receive this money. With this donation, Warren Buffett’s total contributions have reached $57 billion.
Warren Buffett has revised his will again. After his death, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation will not receive any money from his will. Instead, his wealth will go to a new trust owned by his three children. Buffett expressed pride in his children and confidence that they will continue his legacy properly.
This isn’t the first time Billionaire Warren Buffett has changed his will. Previously, he had altered it so that 99 percent of his wealth would go to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and four family-related trusts. Warren Buffett, known as the king of the stock market, has a net worth of $129 billion.
