Bengaluru Automatic Pani Puri Vending Machine Takes Social Media By Storm

Bengaluru is famous for its hustle culture, which is reflected in many pictures and videos shared online. The city has a social media trend called “peak Bengaluru moment,” where users post unusual daily occurrences.

Recently, an automatic Pani Puri vending machine in HSR Layout went viral after a user shared its image on X (formerly Twitter). While these vending machines are common in Bengaluru, the clever name of this stall made it particularly popular online.

The viral post was shared by the X user @benedictgershom, showcasing a Pani Puri stall with a vending machine called “WTF – What The Flavours.” This stall features several taps for flavored water to fill the puris. The idea behind the vending machine is to offer a hygienic way to enjoy Pani Puri while allowing customers to choose their preferred flavors. The user captioned the post, “HSR living in 2050.”

The post was shared two days ago and has since gained over 100,000 views, with the numbers still rising. Many users commented with questions about the automated vending machines. One user asked, “Does the overflow from the Pani Puri get recycled or drained?” Another user remarked, “It looks too clinical; it could be more appealing with better design.” A third user humorously commented, “Pani Puri, oh wow!”
