New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia on Friday accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of conspiring murder of party supremo Arvind Kejriwal.

Addressing a press conference in Delhi, the Deputy CM said, “Manoj Tiwari has threatened Kejriwal, which makes it clear that BJP is conspiring to murder (Delhi CM) Arvind Kejriwal… will submit a complaint in the election commission, also file an FIR.”

He pointed out that the language Manoj Tiwari used in his tweet, clearly sounds like a threat to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

The AAP leader demanded that Manoj Tiwari should be arrested and also interrogated briefly to know who else is involved in the “conspiracy to kill Arvind Kejriwal”. Sisodia said an investigation should be launched since “it is a serious matter.”

This comes in a response to the remarks made by BJP leader Manoj Tiwari who took a sarcastic dig at AAP, earlier in his Twitter post.

The BJP leader said, “I am worried about the safety of Arvind Kejriwal ji as AAP workers and public are angry because of continuous corruption, ticket sale and friendship with rapist and massage episode in jail. Their MLA has also been beaten up. That’s why this should not happen with the CM of Delhi.. Punishment should be given by the court only.”
