Maharastra: The Supreme Court bench is about to give its verdict on the petitions filed by Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde regarding the split in the Shiv Sena and the coup in the state. 16 MLAs, including Eknath Shinde, will be disqualified. Whether Shinde’s government will continue or not, whether there will be a change in the Chief Minister or not, answers to all the questions will be found today.

Meanwhile, Sanjay Raut, MP and spokesperson of the Thackeray group, has given a statement that if 16 MLAs, including CM Shinde, are disqualified today, then this group of traitors will end.

He added that everyone is watching what is happening in Pakistan. There, the constitution is burning, and the country is burning because everything there is not going according to the law and the constitution. He said that governments are toppled and governments are brought in. Such a picture of the country should not exist.

Among the MLAs whose disqualification case is pending, apart from Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, are Sandipan Bhumre, Abdul Sattar, Tanaji Sawant, Sanjay Shirsat, Yamini Jadhav, Chimanrao Patil, Bharat Gogavale, Lata Sonawane, Ramesh Borwane, Prakash Surve, Balaji Kinnikar, Mahesh Shinde, Anil Babar, Sanjay Raimulkar, and Balaji Kalyankar.

A decision will be taken on the eligibility and ineligibility of Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and his 15 MLAs. The hearing of this entire episode has been completed by a five-judge bench. In March, the Supreme Court reserved the verdict. The petition was filed by Uddhav Thackeray in the Supreme Court. He demanded the disqualification of the 16 rebel MLAs. A bench of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, Justices MR Shah, Krishna Murari, Hima Kohli, and PS Narasimha will pronounce the verdict.

Explain that the Uddhav Thackeray camp was represented by senior advocates Kapil Sibal, Abhishek Manu Singhvi, Devdutt Kamat, and Amit Anand Tiwari, while senior lawyers NK Kaul, Mahesh Jethmalani, and Maninder Singh represented the Shinde faction.
