Jammu and Kashmir: 5 govt employees sakced for alleged terror links

New Delhi: Jammu and Kashmir government Saturday removed five employees for their alleged involvement in anti-national activities. The suspension took place under Article 311 of the Constitution of India.

All of them were ae accused of running narco-terror syndicate and they alos have connections with banned extremist outfits.

Tanveer Saleem Dar, Syed Iftikhar Andrabi, Irshad Ahmad Khan, Afaq Ahmad wani and Abdul Momin Peer were the government employees who were sacked.

Article 311 of the Constitution of India 

It provides for dismissal of a person employed in civil capacities under Union or a State. The activities of these employees had come to the adverse notice of law enforcement and intelligence agencies, as they have been found involved in activities prejudicial to the interests of the security of the State.
