The minor and his family are now seeking justice in court. The case is about Amethi in Uttar Pradesh. This incident occurred in a village near the Fursatganj police station. According to media sources, a small child was pacified three years ago by a woman of his relative with sweet talk and taken home with her. He was compelled to remain there. She continued to have physical intercourse with him for three years.
When the minor’s family learned of this, they filed a complaint with the police. Following that, the authorities rescued the youngster and returned him to his family, but no charges were filed against the woman.
Even though the minor had escaped the woman’s grip, the terror had not subsided. The woman, according to media accounts, was continually pressuring the kid to establish a physical relationship. He even threatened to implicate him in a bogus case if he did not accept. The victim’s relatives then went to the police. When there was no hearing there, they sought refuge in the court.
