West Bengal: A suspected cattle smuggler was thrashed by a mob in Howrah, West Bengal on Sunday afternoon. After the beating, the mob also set fire to the cattle smuggler’s vehicle.
Upon receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot and it is being said that the suspected animal smuggler has been taken over by the police.

Eyewitnesses said that the locals saw some cattle smugglers carrying a bull in their car. After this the mob caught one of the accused and thrashed him. Following the information, the police reached the spot and took custody of the suspect from the mob.
According to the information, there were other accomplices of the suspected accused but they all fled after seeing the crowd. After this the mob took off the bull and set the car on fire.
