Strong winds were blowing at a speed of 40-70 kmph. No Heat Waves

The Meteorological Department predicted rain in Delhi for the next two to three days and said that there is no possibility of heatwave till May 30. The IMD on Friday said rainfall across India will be 'below normal' in the month of June, leading to above normal temperatures in states like Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Odisha and northern India.

RK Jenamani said, the rainfall across India in June will be less than 92 per cent, which is below normal.
