Rajasthan: A video of a heated clash between SDM Sunita Meena of Todabhim, Rajasthan, and local villagers has gone viral on social media. The footage, supposedly captured on Thursday, shows the SDM engaged in a clash with a rural woman over the demolition of a property on what the farmer contends is khatedari (entitled) land.

The scuffle depicts the SDM wearing a pink outfit, involved in a fight with a village woman until police intervened. Watch the viral video below:

Gangapur City SP Issues Notices And Suspensions

According to reports, Gangapur City SP Sujeet Shankar has criticized the local police for their negligence in the incident.

He has issued a 17 CCA notice to Todabhim police station in-charge Dilip Verma and other police personnel present on the spot, along with suspending duty officer Singh. The SP has also assured that the encroachment drive would be addressed properly. 

Sunita Meena Still Manages Todabhim HQ Despite Transfer

According to the Rajasthan Administrative Officer List, SDM Sunita Meena has recently been transferred to a different location. Pooja Meena has been named her successor but is yet to begin her duties. This means that Sunita is still managing the Todabhim block headquarters.

The incident has sparked widespread outrage across social media. The clip shows the fight intensifying from a conflict with an elderly person to a physical scuffle with a rural woman.
