Meet Aalim Hakim, Renowned Hairstylist To Celebrities Like Anant Ambani, Virat Kohli; Check Out His Fees

Hailing from Mumbai only, Aalim Hakim, is the hairstylist of the most renowned people of the country including Anant Ambani to Virat Kohli. Initially, Aalim ran a home-based hair cutting shop, charging a mere 20 to 30 rupees per haircut while juggling his studies.

Unfortunately, Aalim’s father passed away while he was just nine years old, leaving the family without a bread earner. Determined to support his family, Aalim took the responsibility and decided to continue his father’s legacy.

Despite the financial challenges and family responsibility, he remained focused on his education. After completing his schooling, he pursued a degree at Mithibai College in Mumbai. However, his passion for hairstyling never left him, and he continued to hone his skills on the side.

Aalim career got a kick start when he landed a job at Madame Jacques Salon, which is located in the prestigious Taj Hotel in Mumbai. It was here that he truly honed his craft and gained recognition for his exceptional talent. His work at the salon earned him a reputation as one of the city’s top hairstylists, and clients began flocking to him for his expertise.

With his newfound success, Aalim opened his own upscale salon in the Bhindi Bazaar area, following in his father’s footsteps. As his reputation grew, so did his clientele, which included some of the biggest names in Bollywood, sports, and the business world.

Today, Aalim Hakim is one of the most sought-after hairstylists in India, with a client list that reads like a who’s who of the entertainment industry. From Anant Ambani to Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni, Aalim has styled the hair of some of the most influential personalities in the country.

According to media reports, Aalim Hakim, who once started his career with Rs 20, today charges fees ranging from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 5 lakh for a sitting from famous personalities from Bollywood, sports to business world.
