Karnataka: A decision on the next Chief Minister of Karnataka is likely to be taken today. On Tuesday, the churning for the face of the new CM continued at Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge’s house. Rahul Gandhi, along with the newly elected MLA of the Karnataka Congress, was present at the meeting.
Kharge is also expected to hold meetings with Siddaramaiah and DK Shivakumar, who are frontrunners for the chief minister’s post. Shivakumar reached the national capital from Bengaluru on Tuesday afternoon, while former Karnataka chief minister Siddaramaiah had reached Delhi a day earlier.
