New Delhi: A team of Economic Offenders Wing (EOW) on Wednesday recovered huge cash from the resident of a clerk in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

The EOW team raided the house of Hero Keshwani, who lives in Bhopal’s Bairagarh, in connection with the disproportionate assets case. About Rs 85 lakh in cash has been found in the investigation so far from Hero Keshwani, who works as a clerk in the Medical Education Department. Apart from this, EOW has also got documents related to luxurious houses, plots, land and jewelry.

Meanwhile, Hero Keshwani drank the phenyl bottle kept in the house, after which he was admitted to Hamidia Hospital where his condition is reportedly improving.
