The trend of using fillers and botox for a youthful appearance is widespread, despite the risks of overuse. While many opt for subtle treatments, some, like Austrian social media user ‘Fetisch Barbie,’ rely heavily on these procedures, resulting in unnaturally enhanced lips and sharp cheekbones.
Fetisch Barbie’s journey began in her teenage years when she embraced the goth subculture, sporting dark makeup and multiple piercings. Transitioning away from this phase, she later explored non-surgical cosmetic enhancements like botox and fillers. During her appearance on the February episode of Hooked On The Look, she openly discussed her use of fillers on her cheeks, chin, nose, and lips, along with botox treatments across her face to achieve a smooth, youthful appearance.
Even with lips three times larger than average, Fetisch Barbie expressed a desire for further enhancement, confessing a full addiction to fillers and botox.

Fetisch Barbie described her full lips and smooth face as requiring extensive upkeep. She undergoes filler treatments every three months, totaling around 50,000 pounds (about Rs 52 lakh) spent on maintaining her appearance with fillers and botox.
In a May 2024 interview with IGV, Fetisch Barbie shared that her fascination with appearance-altering beauty treatments began at age 12. Influenced by figures such as American model and singer Amanda Lepore and actor Mason Moore for their distinctive looks, she always maintained a clear vision of her desired appearance. She now utilizes minimally invasive treatments to achieve her goal, emphasizing, ‘My aim was never to emulate others, but to enhance my own ‘plastic’ aesthetic.’
Fetisch Barbie, a prominent figure on OnlyFans, expressed to IGV that despite her doll-like appearance, she seeks to be recognized as a person rather than an object. She mentioned that while her family and friends initially worried about her, they now embrace her for who she truly is.
