New Delhi: According to a recent report, Twitter is not allowing its users to take a screenshot of any tweet or post, but to share it. Whenever Twitter users are taking a screenshot of a post or tweet, they are getting a notification to share the tweet instead of the screenshot. Many users have also reported this. Let us know about this in detail.

Twitter is sending this notification

This move of Twitter was first noticed by app researcher Jane Manchun Wong. He noticed that Twitter was sending a pop-up notification to some users while taking a screenshot. Wong said that instead of taking screenshots, Twitter is asking him to share and copy link the tweet. Social Media Consultant Matt Navarra explains that Twitter no longer wants users to be able to take screenshots of tweets. The purpose of this new feature of Twitter may be to bring more users to its platform instead of just reading forwarded screenshots.
