Many users on social media have expressed their concern about a new and very inconvenient problem related to WhatsApp Web. Users say that they are not able to scroll through their chats, making it difficult to scroll up and down in conversations.
In the last few hours, dozens of users have posted about this problem on X. One user wrote, “Is it something wrong with wa web? I cant scroll up or down.”

While another said, “Can you scroll through WhatsApp web?” Another user wrote, “Today, is anyone experiencing issues with scrolling on the WhatsApp? Because 3 to 4 users in the office are finding the WhatsApp web acting a bit strange today, not like usual… If you’re experiencing it too, please let me know..”
