Elon Musk’s Starlink ties up with the mobile network service provider T-Mobile to provide an endless internet connectivity experience even if you are in an isolated place like a forest, where it is hard to find a single bar of signal. According to T-Mobile, the new collaboration is called “a new era in connectivity” and “if you can see the sky, you’re connected.”.
Currently, the service is available for beta users and the business tycoon. Musk also posted on X on Monday while sharing a collaboration post with the caption, “Register for the Starlink direct-to-cell beta program with T-Mobile.”

According to T-Mobile’s official website, “Join the beta and turn your phone into a satellite phone.”.
“Explore that national park, text from remote areas coast to coast, reach mom when you reach the summit. Experience coverage like never before. T-Mobileis the first and only U.S. wireless provider with a mobile + satellite network, connecting you automatically so you can text via satellite on most modern smartphones,”
The company says they are on a mission to end dead zones, which clearly says there will be no plan on earth where you cannot access the internet.
What Is Beta, And How Does It Work?
During beta, you can send and receive satellite-powered text messages, with data and voice capabilities to follow.
The beta test is free for everyone till July, during the trial period. Later on, the service will be available as per the GO5G Next plan with no extra cost.
