Vivo Y36: Chinese smartphone maker Vivo has launched its Vivo Y36. After introducing the Vivo Y35 in August last year, the Vivo Y36 has also arrived in the Vivo Y series. The only difference between the 4G and 5G models of the Vivo Y36 smartphone is the chipset, rest of the two models come with identical specifications. The 4G model of the phone has Snapdragon 680. Whereas, its 5G model is the iteration of MediaTek’s Dimensity 6020.
Talking about other specifications, Vivo Y36 phone has a 6.64-inch Ultra O LCD screen with 1080×2388 pixel resolution. The phone has 8 GB RAM, 256 GB expandable storage. On the camera front, it packs a 50MP main camera, 16MP selfie camera with 2MP depth sensor.
This phone runs on Android 13 with Funtouch OS 13. It houses a 5,000mAh battery with support for 4W wired charging. The dimensions of the phone are 164.06 x 76.17 x 8.07 mm and it weighs 202 grams.
Price & Availability
Currently this phone is available in Indonesia market only. No information has been revealed about when it will be launched in other markets. Talking about the price, the Vivo Y36 is priced at IDR 3,399,000 for the 4G variant, which is around $226 or €211 at current exchange rates. However, there is no clear information on how much the 5G variant will cost as of now.
The 4G model comes in Glitter Aqua and Meteor Black color options. While the 5G model has Crystal Green and Mystic Black color options.
