New Delhi: WhatsApp and Facebook are being linked together through this feature. This means you will now be able to share your status directly on Facebook through WhatsApp.

The company has said that, currently, users on Instagram are able to share their posts directly on Facebook. Soon, this facility will also be available on WhatsApp statuses. Now WhatsApp statuses can also be shared on Facebook. However, for this, users have to enable the setting on their Facebook.

Under the new feature, a new button is being added to the status section of WhatsApp. which will appear with the Share icon along with My Status. Users will be able to share on Facebook by clicking on this button. If they want, they will be able to share their WhatsApp status on Facebook Story as well. Users will also be able to decide who can see their status and who cannot.

This feature has been named “Automatically Share Status on Facebook.” It will be rolled out for global users in the next few weeks.
