In A recent update Tik Tok has been removed from the US app store. While there were talks of Donald Trump reprieving the app as of now it has been removed from all the app store application in the US. The removal from apple app store seemingly marks an end for the application for a foreseeable future.
In the recent past Tik Tok’s update to all its users on the IOS platform has been that it might shut down its services in the upcoming days. The Notification that was sent to the users read as follows “We regret that a U.S. law banning Tik Tok will take effect on January 19 and force used to make our services temporarily unavailable. We’re working to restore our service in the U.S. as soon as possible, and we appreciate your support. Please stay tuned.”
The notification does say that the application would be temporarily available earlier. As of yet its not clear whether the app would soon restore its services or not.

Tik Tok had earlier made a tweet about how it might shut off soon, the tweet read as follows “Unless the Biden Administration immediately provides a definitive statement to satisfy the most critical service providers assuring non-enforcement, unfortunately Tik Tok will be forced to go dark on January 19.”

TIK TOK has been betting it all on the upcoming term of president Donald trump to give it a reprieve. Donald Trump has responded to the same by a tweet on his social media saying “My decision on Tik Tok will be made in the not too distant future, but I must have time to review the situation. Stay tuned!”
As of Now The App remains Inaccessible and has soon shut down recently.
