Recently, the company has introduced another amazing feature to the app. Initially, the company was hesitant to include this feature on the app because it is available on all platforms. However, considering its popularity, the company has now made it available to Telegram users as well. This means it has already gone live for some users.

What is the new feature?

Now, you can set stories on Telegram just like on Instagram and Facebook. The company has started rolling out this feature, and it will be available to everyone within the next week. This feature is similar to Instagram stories, where you can share photos, videos, and text.

What makes it unique?

However, the company is offering some options with this feature that are not available to users on Instagram.

First, you can choose the duration for which the story will be visible to others. For example, 6, 12, 24, or 48 hours.
You can select who can view your story, such as contacts, close friends, everyone, or selected individuals.
Dual-camera support will be available, which means you can include both videos and photos in your story. For example, if you are in a park, you can include a video of the park from your phone’s rear camera and a selfie from the front camera in the same story.
You can move a story posted by someone else to the hidden contacts, so it won’t appear at the top.
