While Samsung has not revealed the name of any specific device, it has said we can expect “premium AI tablets” and “the newest member of the Galaxy S25 family” – which could mean the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 series and the Galaxy S25 FE, respectively.

Leaks and rumours have already revealed quite a bit about the upcoming devices, especially the Galaxy Tab S11 series.
Tipster @MysteryLupin has leaked the full specs of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11. The tablet is said to feature an 11-inch 1,600 x 2,560 display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset, an included S Pen stylus, an IP68 rating, a microSD card slot, 12GB RAM, 512GB storage, and an 8,400mAh battery with 45W charging.
The list also includes camera details – a 13MP rear sensor and a 12MP front shooter, along with dimensions, showing a slim 5.5mm profile and a weight of 484g.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra: What To Expect?
Some videos and renders were shared by Android Headlines, giving a clear view of what the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra might look like. The picture shows it in gray and silver colours and reveals it has slim bezels and a small notch, while a dual-lens camera can also be seen on the back. The image also shows an S Pen stylus and a keyboard accessory.
Some of the images also revealed key specs: a 14.6-inch display, which could reportedly have a resolution of 1,848 x 2,960. Previous leaks also pointed towards a 12MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, 16GB of RAM, a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset, and an 11,600mAh battery with 45W charging.
Samsung Galaxy S25 FE: What To Expect?
Leaks suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE could feature a 6.7-inch 120Hz screen, 8GB of RAM,128GB or 256GB of storage.
According to rumours, the device may come with a versatile camera setup, including 50MP, 12MP, and 8MP lenses on the back and a 12MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. It is also expected to house a battery between 4,500mAh and 4,900mAh, with support for fast 45W charging.
