With the Samsung Unpacked event just around the corner, rumors and leaks have reached a fever pitch. On the September 4 launch, Samsung is expected to unveil the all-new Galaxy Tab S11. For enthusiasts curious about the update, a slew of recent leaks has already revealed plenty. Here’s a complete look at what the Galaxy Tab S11 might bring.
New Colours
Well-known leaker Evan Blass has shared images and marketing materials of the Galaxy Tab S11 series, giving us one of the clearest previews yet. This year, Samsung is planning a Plus variant alongside the standard and Ultra models. The base model is expected to feature an 11-inch display, while the Ultra will boast a massive 14.6-inch display. The tablets will reportedly come in silver and gray color options. Renders of the Ultra model also confirm a smaller notch compared to its predecessor, likely due to the absence of the ultrawide front-facing camera. In contrast, the base variant sports a thicker, uninterrupted bezel compared to the Ultra.
Leaks circulating online also showcase some of the AI features the tablet will pack. According to the leaks, users will be able to access Gemini Live for tasks like asking questions about what’s on the screen. Beyond that, the tablet is also tipped to offer a text-to-image generator and an AI writing assistant. Images further highlight an Eraser tool, which will likely allow users to remove unwanted objects from photos.
The leaks also confirm the availability of a Samsung keyboard as an additional accessory. The keyboard includes a familiar slot at the back for attaching the S Pen.
Leaked Specs
The Tab S11 series is expected to get a major performance boost, with a CPU that’s 24% faster, a GPU that’s 27% faster, and an NPU that’s 33% faster than its predecessor.
Pricing details have also surfaced online. According to YTechB, the Galaxy Tab S11 (256GB variant) will be priced at $860, while the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra (256GB variant) will cost $1,200. The leak also lists the Tab S11 Ultra’s 512GB and 1TB models at $1,400 and $1,700, respectively.
