A few Days back Samsung started accepting the pre-order booking for their flagship S25. But the pre-booking pursuit soon ran into an unexpected problem. As its being reported by various users who booked their new devices online, Samsung has restricted the cancellation of phone orders after the initial booking process.
A user tweeted online the predicament he found himself in after booking a S25 Ultra. The user @vvaiibhav wanted to cancel the booking and go for an apple iPhone but could not because Samsung is not allowing any cancellation on placed orders.
The User in a bid to find out what options he had chatted with the Samsung expert on WhatsApp. It was while conversing with Samsung this way that he received an unexpected reply. As per the reply Samsung denied the user cancellation of their booking.

As per the reply that came forth from Samsung, cancellation is not available because the product booked is a premium device. While the offered support services should increase with the increased expenditure that a consumer shells out for your brand, Samsung seems to be working Inversely to the notion.
The Tweet by the user evoked a live discussion among the other users in the comment section. Users commented about how even after spending a hefty amount on the phone the customers are getting abysmal customer support.
