Jio Haptik: Reliance Jio, one of India’s biggest telecoms companies, is rapidly expanding its 5 services across the country. The company has claimed that it will deliver a 5G network to almost all the cities and towns of the country by the end of this year. Meanwhile, Jio has launched a WhatsApp chatbot named Jio Haptik.
WhatsApp Chatbot ‘Jio Haptik’ Launched
Jio has partnered with a Conversational Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform named Haptik. Following this the company has introduced a WhatsApp chatbot named Jio Haptik. The chatbot allows users to request a 5G connection.
How will the chatbot function
Reliance Jio’s WhatsApp chatbot allows users to personalize their request for a 5G connection with a dynamic menu option, which includes user type (postpaid and prepaid), device, location, and pin code. Jio Haptic Chatbot supports many Indian languages including Hindi and Marathi.
Jio Haptik will help Jio to actively reach out and engage with new and existing users regarding the launch of the 5G service. The Chatbot will help in adopting the latest network technology.
Aakriti Vaish, co-founder and CEO of Haptik, In a statement, said, “Our solutions aim to address the needs of 500 million customers. It will lead the migration to Jio True 5G at every step of the way, from eligibility verification to SIM delivery, device purchase, and after-sales support.”
Reliance Jio working on 6G
Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani recently in the company’s 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) said that Reliance Jio will be the first company to introduce 6G in the whole world.
