Redmi12: Xiomi will soon unveil two new affordable smartphones. The arrangements are made to launch the 5G and 4G versions of its series. Besides the phone, Redmi Watch 3 Active and Xiaomi TV X series can be launched.
It is expected that four products will be launched at Xiaomi’s event. Focus on this phone, it can be launched at low price with a smashing design. Here are the details about the Redmi 12 series.

Redmi12: Launch Date
This series has two latest models. Both will come with different connectivity support. The difference between the two models will be 4G and 5G connectivity. The launching event will be organised by Xiaomi on August 1, 2023 in New Delhi.
The series will also be launched during this event. The 4G variant of Redmi 12 is already available in the global market with the MediaTek Helio G88 processor. The Redmi 12 series will be made available for purchase on Amazon, Flipkart and mi.com.
Expected Price
The 4G version is expected to come in 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB variants at a starting price of Rs 9,999. Whereas, the Redmi 12 5G will be made available in 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB, at starting price of Rs 13,999.

Redmi12: Key Specifications
The 5G version will offer 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. This phone is multitasker and will offer 5000mAh battery. The main camera will be 50 megapixels in this phone that comes with super fast speed.
The upcoming phone is likely to come with a 6.79-inch FHD+ 90Hz LCD display. Its 5G model will be powered by Snapdragon 4 Gen 2. Whereas, MediaTek Helio G88 SoC will also be available in 4G.
The smartphone will offer triple camera setup which is expected to be 50MP main camera + 8MP ultra-wide sensor + 2MP macro sensor. The phone will offer 8MP front camera for video calling and selfie. Its battery will be with 18W charging support charger. This smartphone will work on MIUI 14 based on Android 13.
