Realme GT 6T Returns: Gaming Powerhouse with Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 Under Rs 34,000

Realme's gaming phone, the GT 6T, is back after a two-year hiatus. It boasts a powerful Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset, a 120Hz LTPO AMOLED display, and a 50MP Sony main camera. The phone starts at Rs 31,999 and comes in two colours.

After almost two years of hiatus, Realme’s gaming-focused GT series has finally made a comeback to India with the launch of the Realme GT 6T. The smartphone boasts the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset and has a starting price of Rs 31,999. Here is all you need to know about the smartphone:

Realme GT 6T: Specifications

The Realme GT 6T sports a 6.78-inch LTPO curved AMOLED panel with 2789×1264 pixels resolution, 120 Hz of refresh rate, an instant touch sampling rate of 2500 Hz, 2160Hz PWM dimming and 6,000 nits of peak brightness (1,600 nits in high brightness mode and 1,000 nits manual maximum brightness). It features Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection on the front and gets an IP 65 rating for protection against dust and splashes.

Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset based on a 4nm process powers the smartphone. The chipset is coupled with an Adreno 732 GPU to take care of all the graphics needs. 12GB of LPDDR5X memory and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage is offered with the handset.

Optically, It’s features a dual camera setup on the back comprising a 50MP Sony LYT 600 primary lens and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor. A 32-megapixel front camera takes care of all your selfie and video calling needs.

The smartphone packs a 5500 mAh battery that can be quickly charged using the 120W SuperVOOC charger which comes in the box. The GT 6T runs on Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0 based on the latest operating system and comes with the company’s promise of 3 years of Android updates and another year of security updates.

The 8GB RAM/128GB version of the Realme GT 6T carries a price tag of Rs 30,999, the 8GB RAM/256GB costs Rs 32,999, the 12GB RAM/256GB comes for Rs 35,999 and the 12GB RAM/512GB storage variant is priced at Rs 39,999.

If you make payments using SBI, HDFC and ICICI bank cards, you will get an instant discount of Rs 4,000 from realme. These devices also come with an additional exchange offer of Rs 2,000, reducing the effective price of the GT 6T series by Rs 6,000.

It will be available in two colour variants – Fluid Silver and Razaor Green. Buyers can purchase the devicethrough on Amazon, Realme.com and other retailers starting May 29.
