Tons of images have emerged from China and have been showcased by several publications. Recently, an unboxing video of the phone was released from China, revealing the final look of the device in detail, along with the contents of the Chinese retail box.
The video was published by President Louis Lee himself, an official unboxing of the phone. It showcases the standard OnePlus red box with black lettering, indicating that OnePlus is continuing with its existing logo and marketing fonts.
According to the latest update, the phone comes with a charger, a red cable, and a color-matched case. It’s still unclear whether all markets will receive the same box with identical contents, but there’s a strong chance that the Indian version might be retailed with a similar package.
The video shows the phone in a new “Sandstorm” color, featuring an industrial-style micro-arc oxidation process for layering ceramic coating over the metal frame. According to the updates, more colors will be available beyond the showcased ceramic shade.
Additionally, OnePlus has recently announced the global launch, though firm dates for most regions are still pending. However, media reports suggest that October 27 is expected to be the launch date for the Chinese market, based on the date visible in an official screenshot.
