While Rockstar games might have delayed the GTA6 , but the studio has surprised everyone with a new trailer that has given the users a peek at the story, narrative and the characters of the game. While we already knew that the game would have a lot of changes the trailer has further showcased the possibility of the game to have two protagonists. But this time around the games seems to have a slew of other characters as well.
Here is a in-detail look at every character that Rockstar games has instilled in the with the new GTA 6 game.
Jason Duval
Jason Duval, the protagonist of the game, seeks the easy way out and a shortcut to endless wealth, quite like the predecessors before him. He Doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty. The character has a army background and he continues to do odd jobs for the local drug runners. Along the game he would further be exposed against the narrative established by Rockstar games
Lucia Caminos
Lucia is seen being released from Leonida penitentiary, having served time after fighting for her family. In her past the characters family moved from Leonida to Liberty City. The character seeks new way to start fresh and Jason is her prime confidant.
Brian Heder
One of the drug runners in the Leonida city, he would be intertwined in the narrative and possibly a few of the early missions of the game would include Brian as a leader. As per the reveal, it seems that he uses his boat-work business as front for his drug cartels. Such kingpins are often taken down in the game to often lead to a second phase in the narrative of the characters.
Cal Hampton
Cal Hampton would be Jason’s friend and think of lance from the vice city. Rockstar games have given the character more personality by letting him be an ardent believer of conspiracy theories. Would he be an ally throughout or turn on Jason as the story progresses? we would soon findout.
Real Dimez
Musical Dual Real Dimez comprises Bae -Luxe and Roxy, high school friends who turned their street toughness into a hip-hop and social media career. A similar musician angle was also used in the GTA Sanandreas where CJ takes over as studio to produce his friends album. Would GTA 6 be using the same angle yet again.
Raul Bautista
Raul Bautista would probably be a criminal mastermind in the game, as per Rockstar the character has been a veteran bank robber. He plans heists and would probably work with Lucia and Jason to plans heists in the city of Leonida. Since he is the negative force in the game its possible that Jason and Lucia would wage a war against him towards the end of the game.
Other Characters
Plenty of other faces also get their due appearance in the 2nd trailer, these included various gangsters that Lucia and Jason has their run in’s with and cops looking to bring down Vice City’s criminals. The Vice city had a similar slew of characters a drug kingpin that Tommy works for and then kills to gain his place at the top. Its possible that GTA6 might use a similar narrative to help the game progress.
