Minecraft 1.21.9 The Copper Age: Good news for Minecraft fans! Mojang has finally released Minecraft 1.21.9 The Copper Age, after four long years. It is one of the most exciting updates, as the Copper Golem, the fan-favourite mob, has also arrived.
With the latest update, Minecraft lets gamers express themselves in every shade of copper as they transform this versatile metal into handy tools, shiny armour, gleaming light sources, oxidising decor, smart storage, and even lively mechanical companions known as copper golems.
Apart from these exciting new features, this drop also brings in a bunch of technical news and fixes. The End now features a flashing skylight, players can fill the world with NPCs called mannequins, and item sprites can be inserted directly into text.
Mojang recently announced that Minecraft 1.21.9: The Copper Age will be released on September 30, 2025. Since the announcement, fans were excited to try out the new game mechanics introduced in this update.
Recently, the company released snapshots and previews, revealing the new features of the Minecraft Fall drop, but they remained in the beta phase till September 29.
