Maimang A20 5G Smartphone: China Telecom has launched a new smartphone in China, named Maimang A20 5G. It is an entry-level 5G phone that comes with key specs like Dimensity 700, a 5,000mAh powerful battery, and a 50-megapixel rear camera. Here are some details about the phone like price and specifications.
Maimang A20 5G specification and features
A 6.52-inch IPS LCD display is seen in this cool smartphone, which provides a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The handset comes with a Dimensity 700 chipset which is paired with up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 internal storage. Onboard is a microSD card slot for additional storage.
On the camera front, the Mamang A20 5G packs a 50-megapixel single camera on the rear with LED flash. At the same time, a 5-megapixel front camera is available for selfies.

The phone comes with security features like a side-facing fingerprint scanner and face unlock. The device measures 164.28 x 75.8 x 8.94mm and weighs 188 grams.
Maimang A20 5G price
This 5G smartphone has been introduced in China in two configurations, 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage model. Both the variants are priced at 1299 Yuan (roughly Rs. 14,914) and 1499 Yuan (roughly Rs. 17,210) respectively. It comes in three colour options – Black, Green and Blue. At present, the company has not given information on whether this 5G smartphone will be launched in other countries or not.

Maimang was launched in 2013 as a sub-brand under Huawei in collaboration with China Telecom and Tencent. It became popular for its trendy and youthful designs. To attract a wider audience, some Maimang products were also rebranded by Huawei for global distribution. Due to US sanctions on Huawei, Mamang was sold to China Telecom to ensure its continuity.
