Customising Notification
Now, WhatsApp is introducing the option to customize notifications. Many users find the unread message notification dot annoying, especially when multiple messages arrive at once. With the new “Clear Chat Notification” feature, users can control how notifications appear and even remove unnecessary ones. This feature can be accessed under Settings > Notifications.
Meta AI widget will provide instant access to AI chatbot
WhatsApp is making AI more accessible than ever! Users can now add the Meta AI widget directly to their home screen, allowing instant access to the AI chatbot. Enabling this feature is simple—just head to Personalization > Widgets and add the Meta AI widget to your home screen. Once set up, a single tap is all it takes to open the chatbot and get instant assistance.
Adjust video playback speed
WhatsApp now has the option to change video playback speed! Earlier this feature was available only for voice notes, but now users can also watch the video at 1.5x or 2x speed. This feature will be very useful especially for watching long videos quickly.
Unread Chat Counter Now Available in Chat Filters
WhatsApp introduced the chat filter feature last year to help users organize messages more efficiently. Now, a new unread chat counter has been added to enhance this experience. This feature allows users to see the number of unread messages directly within the chat filter, ensuring that no important message goes unnoticed.
