OnePlus has officially announced the launch of the OnePlus 15 alongside the Ace 6- expected to launch as 13 r on October 27 at an event in China. While we knew a little about the 15 from leaks and reports, the announcement to launch the Ace 6 came completely out of the blue. The specs and features of the new Ace 6 – and here’s everything that you need to know about the phone.

Specs and Features
The new Ace 6 will feature an OLED screen with a 165Hz refresh rate. The phone is expected to have a resolution of around 1.5K, similar to what the OnePlus 15 will also have.
The Ace 6 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 “Elite” SoC from last year. Beyond that, the phone is expected to have a 7,800 mAh battery with support for 120W wired charging.
Whether the new Ace 6 will be launched internationally as the OnePlus 15R or not is currently unknown, but previously One Plus had followed a similar order.
OnePlus 15 Specifications
The OnePlus 15 is expected to feature a 6.78-inch BOE X3 AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and LTPO tech, supporting a variable refresh rate from 1 Hz to 165 Hz. The display may offer Pro XDR and Dolby Vision support, with close to 1800 nits of peak brightness and extremely thin 1.15 mm bezels. Beyond this, the phone will also include eye protection features and low-power modes to enhance battery efficiency.
The phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with 12 GB of RAM and storage options ranging from 256 GB to 1 TB using UFS 4.1. The phone is expected to run OxygenOS 16 globally. It’s possible that OnePlus might add a 7300 mAh battery supporting 120W wired and 50W wireless charging.
Cameras
In terms of photography, the phone will have a 50 MP camera setup including a Sony main sensor with OIS, a Samsung ultra-wide, and a telephoto lens offering up to 3.5x optical zoom. Beyond that, the device may also feature AI-based enhancements like scene recognition and background optimization.
It’s possible that the OnePlus 15 might make its global debut on November 13. However, the exact release date of the OnePlus 15 still remains under wraps.
Expected Price
The OnePlus 15 is said to be priced at Rs 74,999 in India. The top-end model, the 16 GB / 1 TB variant, might exceed the Rs 80,000 price tag. Globally, the phone might retail between USD 899 and USD 999.
