New Delhi: The iQOO Neo 7 will be launched in India today at 12:00 PM. The company will launch the product virtually and fans can watch the live stream on iQOO India’s YouTube channel. Ahead of the launch, iQOO has revealed the phone’s design and some key specifications. The iQOO Neo 7 features a square design with soft edges, similar to last year’s iQOO Neo 6. This year, however, the color options are changing and customers can choose between dark blue (or black) or light blue.

As mentioned earlier, the iQOO Neo 7 virtual event will start at 12:00 PM and live streaming will be available on YouTube. Like other iQOO phones, the Neo 7 will be sold through iQOO’s official channels and Amazon.

Ahead of the launch, India Today Tech informed through sources that buyers with HDFC, ICICI and SBI bank debit or credit cards will get a discount of Rs 1,500. This is an instant discount offer and no conditions apply. iQOO has not yet revealed the official price of the iQOO Neo 7, but if rumors are to be believed, the smartphone will be available at a starting price of Rs 29,999. Tipster Abhishek Yadav states that the base variant would cost Rs 26,999 with the offers.
iQOO Neo 7 specifications
iQOO has confirmed that the Neo 7 will ship with the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC – the first phone to ship with the chipset. The SoC will be paired with UFS 3.1 storage and LPDDR5 RAM. The highest variant will come with 12GB of RAM.
In addition, the iQOO Neo 7 will come with 120W fast charging and users can charge the phone to 50 percent in 10 minutes.
According to leaks, the iQOO Neo 7 has triple cameras on the back. The camera system may include a 64-megapixel camera with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. There’s a 16-megapixel snapper on the front for selfies and video calls.

Connectivity options may include 5G SA/NSA, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C and NFC. The iQOO Neo 7 is likely to ship with a skin based on Android 13, but it will be interesting to see if the phone offers more than two years of Android OS updates. It will compete with devices like the Nothing Phone 1 and the Google Pixel 6a.
