New Delhi: The first pre-orders for iPhone 16 and its Pro series are promised to arrive in the consumers. The good news is, that you can track your phone after shipping without any hope of it arriving by the September 20 launching date.

Your new phone likely still says “preparing to ship” in your order status at apple.com. Apple tends to update shipping information closer to the actual release date, even if the package is already with the shipping partner.

You Can Track Your New Phone Through UPS Website Too

Yet if you have at some point in the past ordered an iPhone, you probably also know a little trick. You can always track your order on the UPS website, even though Apple has your iPhone 16 saying it’s preparing to ship.

The best option to track your package would be by registering on UPS My Choice. All packages coming to your address will show up for you, including this new iPhone 16.

You can also search for your new apple Phone package through UPS “Track by Reference Number.” The reference number is usually your phone number on your Apple order or your order number minus the last two digits. However, UPS recently upgraded this feature to improve its security measures. Hence, sign up for My Choice as that would better suit your needs.

Once you find your iPhone 16 or Pro series order in the UPS tracking system, you can track it until its launch date on September 20. So just because it was supposed to ship by Friday, that doesn’t mean you won’t get it. If you haven’t seen your tracking number yet, just keep checking during the week.
