Entrepreneurs Jitendra Kumar Samal and Satya Prakash Swain have 20+ years of experience in the industry and founded Crunchy Media. The duo had observed various dynamics of the same and owing to that they decided to launch Chati.Chat, an AI-based WhatsApp marketing platform for businesses. The startup based in Odisha aims to assist businesses in connecting with their target audience via WhatsApp in a hybrid manner that involves AI chatbots and human support.

While talking about the venture, the founders Jitendra Kumar Samal and Satya Prakash Swain say, “Businesses that communicate with their clients on WhatsApp have the power to serve them more quickly. Users can receive direct phone calls from businesses when they want to use their services. This is noteworthy since when contacting customer service, 56% of customers prefer messaging as compared to calling. We released Chati.Chat to the public so that businesses might use an AI platform to help them stay up with the constantly changing market and customer expectations. The application also offers tailored assistance in the language and channel they select.”

How does Chati.Chat helps businesses?

Incepted in August 2020, Odisha-based Crunchy Media Pvt Ltd’s API tool Chati.Chat has been creating a stride in the domain. The main intention behind introducing Chati.Chat was to help small and large businesses reach their target audience swiftly through the Omni channel-based platform. Just with a single WhatsApp number, Chati.Chat provides businesses with backhand support, marketing and sales staff for interacting with their customers. In addition to all this, it allows them to easily customise messages for customer interactions on a wider scale. The initial days were a little difficult for team Crunchy Media as one of their partners fell ill and the recovery process did take a lot of time. However, they stood against all odds and did a grand launch. The AI-based market is expected to see significant growth in the upcoming years and Chati.Chat aims to contribute to that growth significantly. Additionally, in the near future, they hope to enhance their offerings and intend to investigate different technologies and platforms. Also, they want to broaden their horizons in other nations during the next five years, and they have already begun this ambition by registering themselves in the USA.
