Apart from the picturesque graphics and vivid portrayal of the real world, GTA 6 is renowned for its soundtrack, which has often helped boost the music careers of many artists. In a recent update from the rumor mill, it was highlighted that GTA 6 will have new songs from Travis Scott, or that Travis Scott will be featured in the game in some manner. But a more recent update goes a step further — it has now been revealed that GTA 6 will feature songs from the popular rapper Skrilla.
According to the latest reports, Skrilla’s “6 7” became popular earlier this year on TikTok and Instagram. The term 6 7 is slang used to refer to gun violence, but it gained popularity after being used in clips about basketball players like LaMelo Ball, who is 6 ft 7 inches tall.

Speaking about the game on Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast, Skrilla revealed to the hosts, “I’m waiting for GTA 6 to come out… ‘6 7’ is on there, too. Yeah, ‘6 7’ is on there. I’m going to be my own person on there, playing my own music.”
Rockstar Games has not officially announced any of the songs appearing in GTA 6, and it will likely not do so until the game’s release. However, the way Skrilla spoke in the podcast made it sound convincing that “6 7” will indeed feature in the game.
Before this, Travis Scott’s music video “2000 Excursion” also contained certain elements that hinted at his possible involvement in the game, either as a featured artist or through his songs. Earlier rumors also suggested that DJ Khaled and several other artists might appear as radio jockeys in the game.
T-Pain’s Involvement in the Game
Meanwhile, T-Pain has confirmed that he will also be part of GTA 6. A founding member of the British synth-pop band Heaven 17 allegedly collaborated with Rockstar Games as well.
Whether Skrilla, T-Pain, and DJ Khaled will officially appear in the game will only be confirmed once GTA 6 is fully launched.
