New Delhi: Google Pay UPI Payment Via RuPay Credit Card: Gradually the inclination of Indian users has increased towards digital transactions. Situation is that there are only a few percent of people who prefer to do cash transactions. Nowadays users are doing online transactions with the help of digital platforms. There are many such platforms that allow their customers to transact online with multiple options.
Users are increasingly adopting online transactions through digital platforms such as PhonePe, Paytm and Google Pay. Talking about Google Pay, recently the company has announced to link credit card with UPI for online transactions on its platform.
Recently, Google Pay has announced the addition of credit card by releasing a new service of UPI Payment. Earlier, users could only link debit cards for UPI payments. However, now there is an option to link RuPay credit card for UPI payment facility.
How to Link RuPay Credit Card with Google Pay
Currently, only RuPay credit cards can be used for UPI transactions with Google Pay. For this, you have to link RuPay Credit Card with Google Pay. Through this, users will be able to avail the facility of online and offline transactions.

- First of all open the Google Pay app on your phone
- After this go to the setting of Google Pay
- There will be many option shows here
- After that go to the settings of the app
- One of these will be an option called Payment, click on it
- After this click on Payment and Add Account
- Here there will be an option of Rupay Credit Card, click on it
- After this enter the 6 digit number written on your Rupay Credit Card
- After this, also enter the expiry date and PIN number of the card
- Apart from this, enter the mobile number registered with the card
- Now the code will come for OTP verification, enter it
- In this way Rupay Credit Card can be linked for UPI
