Google Messages users would soon be able to carry out WhatsApp video calls in future thanks to Cross Platform integration- As per a report of Android authority. A recent app teardown led the website showcase this reading. The Integration was already visible in Google Messages older version.
Google and WhatsApp have not yet confirmed the integration, this integration might not necessarily be released in the near future but after a phase of Beta testing.
Many new devices have cross platform polarity and this is a feature that many smart device users have requested over time. Such functionality would allow the users from switching between applications and contact the same person. Beyond that the integration of different applications would allow the users to seamlessly jump from one app to another and initiate a what’s app call with their contact without using googles video communication suite and rather use what’s app while communicating with others.
