Google has been working on LaMDA (Language Model for Dialogue Application) for the last several years. The company introduced it two years ago. Sundar Pichai has also told about the capabilities of Google’s chatbot in his blog.
He told that in Bard, users will get to see the combination of power, intelligence and creativity. Bard will gather knowledge with the help of user feedback and information available on the web.
The company is currently releasing this AI chatbot for testers, which is a lightweight version of LaMDA. Microsoft is also linking ChatGPT to its search engine Bing. For the last few days, this platform has been in discussion.
Google is not going to stop only on Bard, but the company is working on many other AI platforms. Recently, the company has introduced an AI tool that converts text into music. Google can also provide many other such options in the coming times.
